16-oz. jars vodka sauce

box no-boil lasagna noodles or cooked lasagna noodles

15-oz. tubs ricotta

large egg

kosher salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a 9″-x-13″ baking dish, spoon over enough sauce to cover a single layer, then add a layer of lasagna noodles.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta with egg and season with salt. Spread a layer of ricotta mixture over noodles and top with a generous layer of mozzarella. Repeat layers until baking dish is full, making sure to end with mozzarella.
  3. Spoon over some sauce, cover with aluminum foil, and bake until bubbly, 30 to 32 minutes.
  4. Let cool 10 minutes, then garnish with basil and slice.
